Oral Health Day Programme at Klinik Desa Pauh Sembilan

On 7 March 2024, Oral Health Day Programme themed “A Happy Mouth is A Happy Body” was organized at Klinik Desa Pauh Sembilan by Klinik Pergigian Beris Kubor Besar. A total of 73 visitors including antenatal, toddlers and schoolchildren participated in this memorable programme. Toddlers were engaged in a variety of engaging activities with their respective guardians.

The Oral Health Promotion Teams from PKPD Bachok used a variety of entertaining oral health promotion activities, such as a brief presentation regarding oral health care, interactive games, and toothbrushing drills (LMG) in order to spread awareness of the importance of oral health to all participants. Participants received free dental examinations and treatments, such as the application  of fluoride varnish.

The launch was officiated by Dr Rosasliza Bt Ahmad, the honorable District Dental Officer of Bachok. It was hoped this programme will increase the awareness of the importance of oral health.
