School Oral Health Campaign

Celebrating the spirit of World oral health day Theme 2024,A Happy Mouth is a Happy Body,goverment primary ,middle and senior secondary school in district mohali,Punjab will be visited on different days by government medical officers(dental) of and school teachers training programe will be held,lecture through power point presentation will be given to school children on Effects of sugar on teeth in three different phases i.e students of Primary,middle and secondary classes  ,Mass brushing event would be held and oral health check up of all children would be done.

IEC material would be used and pamphlets on oral hygiene maintenance would be distributed.

Poster making competitions and talks on oral health among school children would be conducted and prizes would be given for encouraging them

beneficiaries covered-3000  including school teachers

A collaboration with NGO like Lions club would be done to make the event a success
