World Oral Health Day Awareness Talk – 17/04/2025
Location: PHC Kirumabakkam
An awareness program was conducted on the occasion of World Oral Health Day at PHC Kirumabakkam on 17th April 2025. The session targeted mothers attending the Well Baby Clinic and the general public.
The program focused on key topics including:
• Importance of oral health and hygiene
• Prevention and early detection of oral cancer
• Harmful effects of tobacco and tobacco-related products
Pamphlets containing relevant information were distributed to attendees, and educational posters were provided for display at the PHC to ensure continued awareness.
